Auto Responders for automated business systems

Using email auto responders as part of your automated business system is probably the most important part of the system. With all the tools out there on the Internet used for Internet marketing, I would say that the email auto responder is the most valuable in important tool there is to have.

An auto responder basically is a tool that wills automatically respond to someone's request for information, giving you automation in your business. With an auto responder you have the ability to pre load your system with pre written email letters that you can have sent out every couple days automatically to the people that request information from you.

How this works is you either have someone request information from you by sending an email to a specific email address, which happens to be your auto responder email address, or you put what is called an opt-in box on your website so that people can request the information by opting in and requesting the info. They will then automatically receive the information they requested. This can take 10 seconds, or 5 minutes. It all depends on the person's ISP who is receiving it.

I like to think of an auto responder as a personal assistant that is working for me 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It can be 4:00 am and if someone requests information from you they will get the information as well receive follow ups every few days without you ever having to do anything. Sounds amazing doesn't it, well it is true.

Then next part of automation that you can have with using an auto responder is that when you want to send an email to all those people who have already requested information regarding your business, all you have to do is log into your auto responder system and write up an email message and press send. You will then be able to send that one email message to everyone that is on your list. This lets you contact everyone at the same time instead of having to follow up with everyone separately one at a time.

So ultimately if you want to create a true online automated business system then you are really going to need an auto responder for sure. You just are going to be working way to hard if you do not have one.
